Any application made to the Quebecor Fund must be duly filed within specified deadlines at Quebecor Fund offices, located at: 1030 Cherrier, suite 503, Montréal (Québec) H2L 1H9, to the attention of Mr. Serge Thibaudeau, President and General Manager. 

The application deadlines for the MPAP are on April 1 and October 1 of each calendar year, or on the next business day following said dates should they fall on a weekend or holiday, at 4:00 p.m.
